La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad del Tr\u00e1fico y Carreteras ha abierto un retiro del mercado para el Tesla Cybertruck.<\/p>\n

Los propietarios han publicado videos en las redes sociales que muestran el problema, en los que una cubierta adherida al pedal del acelerador del cami\u00f3n puede soltarse y encajarse en el borde sobre el pedal, inmovilizando efectivamente el acelerador.<\/p>\n

Afortunadamente, el retiro del mercado de la NHTSA dice que al aplicar el freno se anula cualquier aplicaci\u00f3n del acelerador, lo que permite a los propietarios reducir la velocidad del autom\u00f3vil aunque el acelerador est\u00e9 atascado.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a la causa, la NHTSA afirma que un cambio no aprobado introdujo lubricante para ayudar en el montaje de los componentes de la pastilla en el pedal del acelerador.<\/p>\n

El lubricante residual redujo la retenci\u00f3n de la pastilla al pedal. Parece que Tesla debe haber estado usando jab\u00f3n para deslizar la cubierta sobre el pedal del acelerador, y los restos de jab\u00f3n hicieron que la cubierta se deslizara durante el uso del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Efectivamente, todos los Cybertruck que se han entregado se ven afectados por el retiro del mercado, que enumera 3.878 unidades afectadas.<\/p>\n

Afortunadamente para los posibles compradores, cualquier Cybertruck construido despu\u00e9s del 4 de abril no se ver\u00e1 afectado.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Tesla dice que reemplazar\u00e1 o modificar\u00e1 el conjunto del pedal del acelerador para los propietarios de forma gratuita como parte del retiro del mercado, y los propietarios comenzar\u00e1n a recibir notificaciones en junio.<\/p>\n

El Cybertruck fue parte de un retiro anterior por un problema extra\u00f1o: esencialmente, parte del texto en sus indicadores era demasiado peque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Esta no es la primera vez que un caso de aceleraci\u00f3n involuntaria aparece en los titulares.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
