Sometimes in life instead of going forward we end up going backward and so is the case with Ulta shipping. I’m already pretty annoyed at Ulta’s wasteful way of shipping things in multiple shipments.<\/a> Who remembers when Ulta would take a $100+ order and proceed to ship a medium size box with one sample inside of it? I swear nothing induced more rage in me then that. Thankfully, that stopped! Ulta hasn’t done it in a while! Maybe they heard me ranting about it! But they’ve started doing something even more annoying lately and it’s driving me bonkers. My order arrives in multiple shipments<\/a> and I get one order really fast and one order really slow (P.S. here’s how to keep track of your packages<\/a> because a lot of companies are doing the same lately and you can easily forget to check if something arrives if it comes in two or three shipments!).<\/p>\n I used to get super fast shipping from Ulta but things have changed the last few months or so! Sephora’s always had slow shipping<\/a> but Ulta’s was always super fast for me! Recently, that changed…<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n I placed an order Saturday during the last day of the Spring Haul Sale. My order updated super fast! Within hours I had two “we shipped your order notifications” in my inbox. Yeah, I was sort of ticked it was coming in two boxes but ok, I’ll deal with it. One of my orders arrives tomorrow and that has two items in it. The other 15 items are arriving May 2nd. WHAT? 12 days to get it? That’s insane to me. Are they sending it via sloth-express?<\/a> I mean, I’m old enough to remember when shipping used to be crazy slow. But not now! So much has changed and when items are shipped they normally arrived at most within 5 days and at least 2-3 days. But never 12 days.<\/p>\n Yeah, I’m impatient but who isn’t when they order something they want? I do a majority of my shopping online because it’s quick, easy, and I’m a busy person and I’m juggling hundreds of things at once and doing an online order is just easier sometimes. But dude, if I have to start waiting 12 days to get something I may need to start going to a store. Oddly, Ulta shipped the slower items via Lasership<\/a> which I find quicker than UPS or USPS but I guess not this time.<\/p>\n Has anyone else experienced slower shipments from Ulta lately?
