Una nueva investigaci\u00f3n ha revelado cu\u00e1les son los estados m\u00e1s peligrosos de Estados Unidos por pasarse un sem\u00e1foro en rojo, siendo Nevada el primero.<\/p>\n

El estudio realizado por los abogados especializados en lesiones Bader Scott analiz\u00f3 datos de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad del Tr\u00e1fico en las Carreteras para ver qu\u00e9 estados ten\u00edan el porcentaje m\u00e1s alto de conductores involucrados en accidentes fatales por pasarse sem\u00e1foros en rojo entre 2018 y 2022.<\/p>\n

Encontr\u00f3 que Nevada es el estado m\u00e1s peligroso de Estados Unidos por pasarse un sem\u00e1foro en rojo. De 2018 a 2022, 2,530 conductores estuvieron involucrados en accidentes fatales en el estado, y 561 de ellos fueron causados por un conductor que se pas\u00f3 un sem\u00e1foro en rojo, un porcentaje del 22.17%, el m\u00e1s alto de cualquier estado.<\/p>\n

En segundo lugar en la lista est\u00e1 Colorado, que vio 4.729 conductores involucrados en accidentes fatales entre 2018 y 2022. De este n\u00famero, 969, o el 20,49%, fueron de conductores que se pasaron los sem\u00e1foros en rojo.<\/p>\n

El tercer puesto de la lista lo ocupa Nueva York, con 1.345 de los 7.141 conductores implicados en accidentes mortales por saltarse sem\u00e1foros en rojo, lo que supone un porcentaje del 18,83%.<\/p>\n

Arizona ocupa el cuarto lugar en la lista, y el estado tuvo 7.753 conductores involucrados en accidentes fatales entre 2018 y 2022. De este n\u00famero, 1.438, o el 18,55%, estuvieron involucrados en accidentes causados por pasarse sem\u00e1foros en rojo.<\/p>\n

Entre los cinco primeros se encuentra Utah, que ha visto 2.074 conductores involucrados en accidentes fatales entre 2018 y 2022, de los cuales 370 estuvieron involucrados en accidentes causados por pasarse sem\u00e1foros en rojo. Esto equivale a un porcentaje del 17,84%.<\/p>\n
