Hell, one of them gave up it&#8217;s engine for one of Richard Holdener&#8217;s Big Bang projects and made over 1,400 horsepower on the original rods, pistons, rings, bearings, and crankshaft, with over 279,000 miles on them. So let&#8217;s say you find a 250,000 to 300,000 mile Silverado that runs and drives but could use some love. Is it worth fixing it up a bit in order to make it into a nice driver?<\/p>\n<p>In this video from Project Farm, he&#8217;s going to take his analytic approach to deciding what is worth fixing up and what isn&#8217;t. I think you can save a lot of vehicles, if I didn&#8217;t I wouldn&#8217;t be a hot rodder, but that doesn&#8217;t mean they are always a smart project.
