These are the latest The One lipsticks by Oriflame – well they were when I got them months ago. I had a couple of The One formulas and both impressed me, especially the Unlimited Ultra Fix lipsticks, which up until last year where my favourites (they were beaten by Revlon’s Suede Ink, which are actually very similar). Smart Synch formula promises a vibrant colour and a creamy, hydrating formula that lasts 8 h. Lipsticks contain cocoa and shea butter, as well as vitamin C. There are 15 shades.<\/div>\n

Formula is exactly as described – shades are very vibrant, have an instant fully opaque colour pay-off, they are hydrating, have a creamy-shiny finish and feel very comfortable. They smudge since they are creamy and at such formulas I prefer to stick to lightest shades.<\/div>\n

Staying power isn’t amazing like it was at the other two The One formulas I’ve tried. But those were matte lipsticks, while these are more about comfort and hydration – you can’t reasonably expect from a creamy lipstick it will last exceedingly well, but deeper shades last longer. These don’t survive eating well and need to be reapplied.<\/div>\n
