This exchange, however, stopped her in her tracks. They all know. It&#8217;s a poorly disguised gambit where both sides pretend to tell the truth.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/colbert-anti-israel-protests\/\"><strong>RELATED: COLBERT DEFENDS ANTI-ISRAEL PROTESTS&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Colbert is the fearless comic, the sharp-tongued satirist holding the powerful accountable. Collins is part of a decades-old news organization, one that brought the 24-hour news cycle into existence. Just the facts, ma&#8217;am.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re both frauds. And they don&#8217;t care that we know it. The checks keep clearing. The lights remain on.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the lie is more forgivable for a comedian like Colbert. He&#8217;s a clown, a yukkster. We shouldn&#8217;t take him seriously &#8211; except corporate media types routinely do. Journalists rarely label Colbert or his far-left cohorts &#8220;liberal&#8221; or &#8220;progressive.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re just comedians. Wink-wink. The fact that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/stephen-colbert-biden-regime-comedian\/\">they host fundraisers<\/a> for one political party means nothing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/colbert-cnn-objective-kaitlan-collins\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-youtube-lyte\/lyteCache.php?origThumbUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ytimg.com%2Fvi%2FvE0-9hho4M0%2Fhqdefault.jpg\" alt=\"YouTube Video\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>CNN, which continues to suffer terrible ratings and may be swallowed up by Max in the coming years, is allegedly a news outlet. Fair. Honest.
