He&#8217;s been a part of the ensemble since 2003. No other current player has his gravitas. He may be just 46 but he&#8217;s &#8220;SNL&#8217;s&#8221; elder statesman.<\/p>\n<p>So what was he doing pushing Democratic talking points in front of the country? Shouldn&#8217;t Team &#8220;SNL&#8221; keep its cast members away from overtly partisan appearances?<\/p>\n<p>Apparently not. And it&#8217;s the new normal.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">President Biden raises $30m at LA fundraiser featuring former President Obama, George Clooney, Jimmy Kimmel and Julia Roberts.<\/p>\n<p>Obama led Biden offstage following a 40-minute conversation with Kimmel.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/9OpjklLdD3\">pic.twitter.com\/9OpjklLdD3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The American Conservative (@amconmag) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/amconmag\/status\/1802747460227420489?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 17, 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year we saw both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/gaslighting-1-kimmel-biden-frozen-fundraising-gaffe\/\">Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/stephen-colbert-biden-regime-comedian\/\">Stephen Colbert<\/a> host DNC fundraisers for then-candidate President Joe Biden. Not only did they help fill Democratic coffers but they kept the nation&#8217;s biggest secret to themselves.<\/p>\n<p>President Biden&#8217;s cognitive state is poor, which is why he was forced to hand the baton to Vice President Kamala Harris.<\/p>\n<p>Kimmel even lied to his fans over the matter, pretending Biden&#8217;s shocking freeze-up as just another &#8220;cheap fake&#8221; moment.<\/p>\n<p>The bigger issue is clear. Colbert, Kimmel and Thompson push Democratic talking points from their respective platforms. They hammer GOP targets relentlessly and all but ignore vulnerable Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>That means you won&#8217;t hear a pointed barb aimed at VP Kamala Harris from now until Election Day. And likely much longer if Harris becomes the country&#8217;s first female president.<\/p>\n<p>As for Thompson&#8217;s &#8220;skit&#8221; blasting Project 2025 even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wxii12.com\/article\/keenan-thompson-dnc-project-2025-fact-check\/61941389\"  rel=\"noopener\">corporate media fact-checkers<\/a> blew sizable holes in it. Plus, President Trump has repeatedly said he has no direct connection to Project 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Other than that, it&#8217;s 100 percent accurate.<\/p>\n<p>Clown nose on. Clown nose off.
