Blue Giant<\/strong> Collector’s Edition Blu-ray<\/p>\n

Now, here’s one you’ve been asking us about for some time now, ever since its theatrical release last year which so many of you absolutely adored. Now, at least, we can reveal our plans for Blue Giant<\/em> on Blu-ray, and we couldn’t be more excited!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

As a starting point, you might notice something a little different about the slipcase size for this one – given the musical heritage of this film, we wanted to shake things up slightly, so while this Collector’s Edition release is the same height as a typical set, your eyes do not deceive you, and this slipcase is indeed wider. This gives it the same square dimensions as a vinyl record, but with a smaller size footprint – think of it as like a mini-vinyl set… only with a Blu-ray inside.<\/p>\n

It’s not just a Blu-ray disc inside that striking case however – we’ve also crafted an exclusive A3 “gig” poster, added in a sticker sheet to make the use of some of the fun logos and iconography the movie has to offer, and every single unit will also contain a serialised, numbered art card.<\/p>\n

All this, and we haven’t even gotten to the gorgeous 64-page booklet yet – it’s another good reason for the special dimensions of this release, allowing us to cram it full of content. As well as a whole set of character designs, we have interviews across the film’s production crew, including the director, producer, music producer, colour and art team and the gig scene specific directors. It’s a great insight into the production of a story that’s challenging to translate to the big screen, and will give you a whole new appreciation on how it was possible.<\/p>\n
