Here\u2019s an amusing teaser from the upcoming animated family horror film Night of the Zoopocalypse<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, which is based on a story by hardcore horror genre author Clive Barker.<\/p>\n

In the promo, a lemur advocates for eating popcorn over flesh.<\/p>\n

The film\u2019s synopsis reads: \u201cOne night, a meteor crashes into Colepepper Zoo unleashing a virus that transforms the animals into strange and hilarious slobbering zombie mutants. <\/p>\n

\u201cGracie, a young quirky wolf, teams up with a gruff and fearsome mountain lion to find a way back to her pack. As the zoo is overrun, they must come up with a plan to get all the animals back to normal. <\/p>\n

\u201cTogether with the help of a motley crew of survivors \u2013 Xavier the movie-obsessed lemur, Frida the fiery capybara, Ash the sarcastic, fabulous ostrich and Felix the treacherous monkey \u2013 they embark on a perilous mission to rescue the zoo and defeat Bunny Zero, the deranged mutant-king, determined to spread the virus beyond the zoo walls. Night of the Zoopocalypse<\/em> is co-directed by Ricardo Curtis<\/strong> (The Incredibles<\/em>) and Rodrigo Perez-Castro<\/strong> (The Book of Life<\/em>).<\/p>\n

The voice cast includes David Harbour<\/strong> (Violent Night, Hellboy, Stranger Things)<\/em>, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee<\/strong> (The Mandalorian<\/em>), Scott Thompson<\/strong> (The Kids In The Hall<\/em>), and Gabbi Kosmidis<\/strong> (Unicorn Academy<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Viva Pictures will release Night of the Zoopocalypse only in theaters on March 7, 2025. <\/p>\n
