Butler continues to drop hints<\/a> about his desire, even though he has been criticised as ‘petty’<\/a> – and there have been a lot harsher words said<\/a> too.<\/p>\n

Outspoken former NBA star Kendrick Perkins has urged the Heat to trade Butler<\/a> as soon as possible, and has compiled his list of top five destinations.<\/p>\n

Speaking to ESPN, Perkins only ranks the Phoenix Suns<\/a> at number two, the team reported to be Butler’s top choice<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Perkins has the Memphis Grizzlies<\/a> at number one, a team it was speculated that Butler was not too keen on.<\/p>\n
