Hace unos d\u00edas, el equipo de Porsche Experience en Laponia consigui\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord mundial Guinness por el derrape continuo m\u00e1s largo sobre hielo realizado por un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n

Al volante de un Taycan GTS, el instructor Jens Richter consigui\u00f3 completar un total de 132 vueltas haciendo un sobreviraje controlado.<\/p>\n

En 46 minutos, recorri\u00f3 exactamente 17,503 kil\u00f3metros. Con este nuevo r\u00e9cord, el deportivo el\u00e9ctrico de Porsche ha logrado su cuarto r\u00e9cord mundial Guinness.<\/p>\n

El primer intento, con Jens Richter al volante, dio comienzo la tarde del 14 de enero de 2025 en unas condiciones dif\u00edciles. \u201cCon el Taycan derrapando de manera continua, la pista de hielo se deterior\u00f3 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo esperado\u201d, comenta Richter. \u201cPor ese motivo, nos vimos obligados a abortar la prueba despu\u00e9s de unos 11 kil\u00f3metros\u201d.<\/p>\n

En la segunda tentativa, el equipo mont\u00f3 unos neum\u00e1ticos con clavos m\u00e1s cortos y aprovech\u00f3 que las temperaturas bajaban al caer la tarde.<\/p>\n

Y aqu\u00ed fue cuando lleg\u00f3 el \u00e9xito: Jens Richter mantuvo el Taycan GTS de serie en un derrapaje controlado durante un total de 17,503 kil\u00f3metros (132 vueltas) utilizando \u00fanicamente el acelerador y la direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Con esta distancia, se asegur\u00f3 el r\u00e9cord mundial de drifting ininterrumpido de un coche el\u00e9ctrico sobre hielo y super\u00f3 significativamente el anterior de 14,809 kil\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n

\u201cCon este nuevo r\u00e9cord Guinness, el Taycan ha vuelto a demostrar sus cualidades para ir de lado\u201d, afirma Jens Richter. \u201cY esta vez incluso con tracci\u00f3n total. Bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de un juez oficial, la prueba tuvo lugar en un circuito de hielo en el Porsche Arctic Center de Levi, en la Laponia finlandesa, a unos 150 kil\u00f3metros al norte del C\u00edrculo Polar \u00c1rtico.<\/p>\n

El equipo de Porsche Experience dise\u00f1\u00f3 una pista circular de 59 metros de di\u00e1metro para la ocasi\u00f3n y utiliz\u00f3 neum\u00e1ticos Michelin comerciales con clavos de un mil\u00edmetro en ambos ejes.<\/p>\n

El veh\u00edculo estaba equipado con un dispositivo GPS profesional para asegurar unas mediciones precisas. Este sistema no solo documenta la distancia recorrida, sino que tambi\u00e9n registra los movimientos del volante, aceleraciones, frenadas y fuerzas G.<\/p>\n

Carl Saville estuvo presente como juez oficial de Guinness World Records. Fue \u00e9l quien entreg\u00f3 el certificado del r\u00e9cord al piloto Jens Richter y a Christian Lehwald, Director de Porsche Arctic Center Levi y responsable de Porsche Experience de Porsche AG.<\/p>\n

En 2023, Porsche estableci\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord mundial en la ruta Xinjiang-T\u00edbet. Al llegar a la cima de Hongtu Daban, en el T\u00edbet, un Taycan Cross Turismo consigui\u00f3 superar un cambio de altitud de 5.573 metros, el mayor hasta la fecha en un coche el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n

En 2021, el piloto Leh Keen aceler\u00f3 un Porsche Taycan hasta 165,1 km\/h en el interior de un centro de exposiciones de Nueva Orleans (Luisiana). Con ello, estableci\u00f3 el r\u00e9cord mundial de la velocidad m\u00e1s alta alcanzada por un veh\u00edculo en un edificio cerrado.<\/p>\n

Y en 2020, el instructor de Porsche Experience Dennis Retera dio 210 vueltas derrapando en un Taycan en el Porsche Experience Center (PEC) Hockenheim, recorriendo 42,171 kil\u00f3metros en 55 minutos.<\/p>\n\n
