Paul George thinks one of his former NBA teams still holds a grudge against him even eight years down the line.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Philadelphia 76ers <\/a>didn’t require Paul George<\/a> to register an easy 118-104 win against the in-form Los Angeles Lakers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

George was ruled out against the Purple and Gold due to illness. But considering his recent form, PG13 would have likely only held back Philly<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While George was not a part of the game, the 34-year-old star still made headlines after a recent confession about his former team, the Indiana Pacers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What ‘sucks’ about Indiana Pacers, reveals Paul George<\/h2>\n

Today, George has become a laughing stock<\/a> for many fans due to his inability to stay healthy while making a humongous amount of money with the 76ers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But when George started out his career in the league, that was hardly the case. If anything, he was one of the most popular young players in the league when he was playing in Indiana<\/a>.<\/p>\n

George’s stint with the Pacers came to an end in 2017, but the 76ers star is still waiting for a major honor that he never received whenever he has played in Indiana.<\/p>\n

“I’m not sure, you know? We were joking with the guys, and they were like, you know, \u2018Do you still get a tribute video when you go to Indiana?’” George said, via Ky Carlin of Sixers Wire<\/a>. <\/p>\n

“I was like \u2018I’ve never gotten a tribute video since I’ve been going back to Indiana\u2019 and that was eight years ago It does, you know, it sucks,” he added.<\/p>\n

The 9x NBA All-Star believes the Pacers still hold a grudge against him.<\/p>\n

“I think the way things played out still holds a grudge to them and they don’t realize the great runs we had in the time I was there.”<\/p>\n

George was traded to the OKC Thunder<\/a> following months of rumors about the then-27-year-old wanting to leave the Pacers by the end of the 2017-18 season.<\/p>\n
