Perkhidmatan KTM Komuter Lembah Klang bakal menawarkan mod pembayaran terbuka mulai pertengahan November 2023. Ini termasuk penggunaan kad kredit, kad debit, Touch ‘n Go dan Kod QR melalui aplikasi mobile KTMB (KITS).<\/p>\n

Perkara ini disahkan oleh Menteri Pengangkutan Anthony Loke yang berkata, penaiktarafan sistem tiket atau Automatic Fare Collection (AFC)<\/em> kini hampir selesai di kesemua 57 stesen KTMB di sekitar Lembah Klang, laporan Bernama<\/a>. <\/p>\n

“Mulai pertengahan November 2023, pengguna KTMB dapat menikmati kemudahan baru di kesemua 57 stesen KTMB Komuter di Lembah Klang. Semua stesen itu akan dilengkapi dengan alat pengimbas di gantri yang menyokong kaedah pembayaran terbuka termasuk kad kredit, kad debit, Touch ‘n Go dan Kod QR melalui KITS. Jumlah kos projek adalah sebanyak RM29 juta,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Beliau berkata demikian bagi menjawab soalan Wong Chen (PH-Subang) di Dewan Rakyat hari ini,
\nyang meminta beliau menyatakan peratusan pelaksanaan sistem pembayaran terbuka dalam rangkaian pengangkutan awam Lembah Klang terutamanya rangkaian Prasarana seperti LRT, MRT dan bas Rapid KL.<\/p>\n

Justeru, dengan pelaksanaan mod pembayaran yang lebih meluas ini, pastinya memudahkan lagi kelancaran perjalanan para penumpang KTM Komuter.<\/p>\n

Dua minggu lalu, KTMB memaklumkan kad Komuter Link dan MyRailLife<\/a> tidak lagi boleh digunakan dan pengguna perlu menggunakan aplikasi KITS, selain mod pembayaran yang dinyatakan di atas. <\/p>\n
