Even after more than a year, the Scorpio-N is commanding long waiting periods, which is a testimony to the craze generated by the SUV. But what if the SUV was longer and more premium in its appearance than what it is right now? The Mahindra Scorpio-N already looks quite proportionate for its current size, with equally large window panels and fenders. However, this digital rendering of the longer Mahindra Scorpio-N, named XL Ultimate Edition, makes it look even more premium and equally proportionate, bringing it closer to the XUV700.<\/p>\n<p>The digital rendering of the Mahindra Scorpio-N XL Ultimate Edition shows a tweaked rear three-quarter design of the Scorpio-N, which makes the SUV look longer and slightly inspired by the XUV700. Unlike the production-spec Scorpio-N, which has a smaller rear quarter glass, this digital rendering has a longer quarter glass panel, which looks very similar to that of the XUV700. This quarter glass panel has a more angular appearance and blends with the rear windscreen while moving towards the back.<\/p>\n<p>With the rear quarter glass panel redesigned here, the tail lamps too have been tweaked. While the production-spec Scorpio-N has vertically aligned tail lamps on the sides of the rear windscreen, this digital rendering has smaller tail lamps positioned below the lower edges of the D-pillar.\u00a0 The tail lamps are still placed on the far corners beyond the boot lid. The alloy wheels have been redesigned, with those of the Scorpio-N replaced here by the multi-spoke ones from the XUV700.<\/p>\n<p>While this digital rendering of the Mahindra Scorpio-N XL Ultimate looks premium and well-designed, this is purely the imagination of a digital artist and not an official design from Mahindra.
