A new Power Rangers<\/strong><\/em><\/a> reboot geared toward young adults is in development at Netflix, and the upcoming television show should jump on the chance to shine a spotlight on one of the franchise's most intriguing villains (who has never been seen in live-action). The popular superhero saga, based on the Japanese tokusatsu franchise Super Sentai<\/em>, debuted in 1993 with the Fox series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers<\/em>, and ever since, numerous shows and movies have been released starring the morphed heroes. The original series spawned one of the biggest entertainment brands, with toys, animated shows, live-action films, and more.
