Aunque la satisfacci\u00f3n general con los sitios web de los fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles sigue siendo estable, la satisfacci\u00f3n entre los compradores de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos (EV) ha aumentado desde el \u00faltimo volumen en el verano de 2023, seg\u00fan el Estudio de evaluaci\u00f3n de sitios web de fabricantes de EE. UU. SM \u2014Winter de J.D. Power 2024, publicado hoy.<\/p>\n

En concreto, de las seis marcas que experimentaron aumentos significativos, cinco tienen una cartera de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos m\u00e1s amplia.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00abAnteriormente, los fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles ten\u00edan dificultades para mostrar las especificaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas de sus veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos de una manera f\u00e1cilmente digerible para los compradores\u00bb, dijo Eric McCready, director de soluciones digitales de J.D. Power.<\/p>\n

\u201cAhora, la situaci\u00f3n ha cambiado a medida que la experiencia de compra de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos ha mejorado. UU., publicado inicialmente en 1999, se basa en respuestas de 12,481 compradores de veh\u00edculos nuevos que indican que estar\u00e1n buscando un veh\u00edculo nuevo en el mercado dentro de los pr\u00f3ximos 24 meses.
