The Last of Us Season 2 is in production now, and star Pedro Pascal has teased that filming is “going amazing.” Pascal recently broke his arm and had surgery<\/a>, but he’s back on set already and told Deadline<\/a> it feels “incredible to be back home” with the cast and crew.<\/p>\n

“They’re working harder than I could even imagine, even harder than our first season, which is close to impossible. It’s pretty inspiring and unbelievable,” he said.<\/p>\n

Pascal returns to play Joel in Season 2. Anyone who has played The Last of Us: Part 2, which is being adapted for the show, knows what’s to come for Joel. “Stepping into those boots again, it feels strangely brand-new,” he said. “I’ve never done anything like this before that has such original authorship before I ever got to it.”<\/p>\n
