Amber Benson, a writer and cast member of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer sequel Audible drama, gives an update on a potential season 2. Benson was among several cast members who returned for Slayers: A Buffyverse Story, reprising her role as Tara Maclay. The nine-episode series takes place roughly a decade after the events of the Buffy finale, but it largely moves away from the show's continuity. With the notable exception of Spike (James Marsters), Slayers mostly focuses on characters of an alternate universe where Buffy Summers does not exist.
