The BMW X5 ranks #9 in Moldova in March.
Data by our Central European market data partner CE Auto shows a Moldovan new car market up 11.9% year-on-year in March to 752 units, leading to a Q1 tally up 10.9% to 1,896. Two models dominate again. The Dacia Duster (+15.2%) is #1 for the 5th straight month at 10.1% share and 10.5% year-to-date while the Toyota RAV4 (+273.7%) is #2 again with 9.4% of the market vs. 8.4% so far this year. Way below are the struggling Kia Sportage (-49.3%) and Peugeot 3008 (-18.2%). The Skoda Octavia (#5), Fabia (#8), BMW X5 (#9) and Geely Atlas Pro (#10) make their appearance in the Top 10.
